I’m Michelle Chen but you can call me Michy

Michy is also my ocs, she is a hybrid. She is half black cat and half unicorn and goes to magic school, become a witch.

You will see me draw her two besties named Lilac Lavender and Jade Dragon a lot

I’m currently studying at Queens College and with a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Studio Art in the drawing concentration

At campus, I have taken different courses such as printmaking, ceramics, painting, studio art, drawing, children’s book illustration, & more

I’m a character designer & illustrator, my work deals with creating characters and drawing illustrations with them. Throughout my work, you can see my inspiration in my culture, my personality, my childhood movies or shows, my interests in fashion and stylization, and many more

I’m lactose intolerance and dealing with Crohn’s disease

When I’m not drawing or studying, I like to cook or eat food, spend time with my mom and grandmother, play video games, watch movies/shows or go hang out with friends

I’m from Guangzhou, China. I speak Cantonese and some of Mandarin.

I live in Flushing, Queens, New York.

Turn around time takes around 3 days to a week or more depending on the request or queue

After approval is request, payment is 50% upfront and then 50% after completion

Revisions can be made during sketch and later allow 3 revisions. Additional changes will be an $5 charge before line work. No more afterwards unless it’s small alterations

You may ask me my progress of your artwork but don’t not constantly ask or I will decline.

Must have discord or social media to contact me with any questions or details unless it’s Ko-Fi or Vgen just message me through there

I have the right to refuse any art request as well as commercial usage.

Please do not use/steal my art, remove my watermark or use ai on my art

You are allow to tag me if you plan to post my artwork on social media and credit me in your description as well

No refunds. However, I will offer a full refund if I am unable to complete the artwork due to personal/medical reasons

I have the right to cancel a commission if I’m not comfortable with my client or the request.

Any commercial usage will cost a fee depending on how you plan to use it and as well as the size of your platform.
